Pool Opens on Saturday May 23, 2026 and closes on Monday September 7, 2026
May 23 -May 25: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
May 26 – June 21 : Weekends ONLY 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
June 22 – September 7 Open 7 days a week 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
The lifeguard on duty has authority over the activities in the pool area during hours of operation.
Sign in and show your badge to the lifeguard on duty. No admittance without a pool badge. No more than four persons per unit are permitted in the pool area. Pool badges must be displayed at all times while in the pool area.
All guests must be accompanied by a resident with a valid pool badge.
No children under the age of 16 are permitted in the pool area without adult supervision.
No glass containers are permitted in the pool area.
No littering of any kind.
No loud music.
Proper attire must be worn, i.e., bathing suit or swimming trunks. No clothing other than swimwear is permitted in the pool.
No pets are permitted in the pool area.
No running in the pool area.
No loud, lewd or disruptive behavior in or around the pool area.
No barbecues or private parties are permitted in the pool area.
No admittance after pool closing. Doing so will be considered trespassing.
No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool area.
No smoking in the pool area.
Babies wearing diapers are not to be submerged in the pool.
In case of inclement weather, the lifeguard will determine whether to close the pool.
No personal items, flotation devices or toys of any kind are to be left in the pool area at any time and are to be stored in your own home. Items currently in the pool shed will be discarded.
